cosmic fun

We had a great time at the adorable Miss C's 4th birthday party today! The party was at Cosmic Adventures, a huge indoor play area. Thanks to our gracious hosts we played games, had lunch and cake, were entertained with magic tricks and face painting, and ran around like mad all through the 3-storey play area! Good times! I am definitely keeping this place in mind for our kiddies parties next year.

We also had a great {no kids allowed} night on the town in our new city with Renee and Mark the other day - thanks again you two! So nice to have a night out with K and new friends. We had a nice dinner at a local restaurant and got introduced to one of Mark's favorite pubs downtown, Pub Italia...and what he calls the "Beer Bible". Great pub - we will be going back to sit on the patio and sample more from the "Beer Bible"... motivation to find a local baby-sitter!
