with all the Sens fans at Scotiabank Place. It is an awesome accomplishment to have played 1000 games in the NHL, and all with the same team. And to be the Sens all time leader in goals, and points, as well as the longest serving current team Captain too. It was great to see all the fans wearing their red Alfie t-shirts and giving him a huge standing ovation {there was a t-shirt for every fan on their seat}.R is a big Alfie fan, and he loves to watch all the Sens games lately. While I was at the game thinking R was at home snug in bed, he was really convincing Grandma to let him stay up late to watch the game! It was a fun night and it was the last game of the regular season
and now I can't wait to see the Sens in the playoffs!
